Occasionally our body experiences special situations or challenges like when women are pregnant, or like when elders lose strength and elasticity, or when people have physical limitations or when they are recovering from surgery or accidents.

Even when you face these challenges, it is proper and necessary to exercise all of the body and stretch all muscles to maintain and regain the health and flexibility of the spine which in the end, equals the health and flexibility of all the body, that is why during Gentle Yoga classes, simple and comfortable postures are practiced, and this is ideal for the students going through these kinds of situations.
