What include your prices?

All services specifically mentioned in the package description. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until the customer pays all contracted services.

What NOT include your prices?

  • Airline ticket.
  • Visa costs.
  • International Health Insurance.
  • Passport processing fees.
  • Tips to guides, drivers, etc.
  • Transfers out of the activities included in the package.
  • Baggage excess.
  • Airport taxes on arrival and departure from the Dominican Republic.
  • Tickets to National Parks, Nature or wildlife reserves.
  • Extras of any kind or expenses not properly specified in the services included.

How I can make a reservation?

Reservations must be confirmed by paying 50% of the total price. The balance must be covered 15 days before the arrival. In case the contract is made with less than or equal to 15 days of the date scheduled for the beginning of the program, the full price must be covered in advance before signing the contract.

In case that the balance of the program’s full price isn’t completely covered by the dates established on the contract, the company will be able to cancel any program in regards without any refund.

Prices will be fixed and immovable once the payment is completed.

If there’s a substantial price increase, due to increased rates of contracted services or exchange rate changes requiring a substantial and justified increase to the agreed price. If the customer does not accept to pay the difference resulting from such adjustment the total amount collected so far shall be the return, less the expenses arising from the bank transaction, and other cancellation costs for reserved services.

The company reserves the right to modify apartment reservations in the case of failing conveniently, pledging to offer the same type of accommodation.

If the trip were to be shortened or extended for unforeseeable reasons not attributable to the company, the expenses caused this situation will be in charge of the custumer only.

After purchase, a confirmation will be sent by email within 72 hours. This confirmation constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of use presented herein. This confirmation contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior confirmation or interpretations between the parties of any subject in any way related to the transaction or event defined in this confirmation. No, oral interpretation, statement, promise or inducement can contrary to the terms of this confirmation. This confirmation is not subject to any change, waiver, or addition made orally. This confirmation is subject to change, waiver or addition only by means of a new confirmation that will be sent by email to the email specified by the client within 72 hours after any change requested.

How I can pay my Holistic Holidays?

To reserve a 50% of estimated total through Bank Tranference is required.

Remain balance of 50% to be covered in cash upon arrival.

How is possible to cancel?

All cancellations must be notified via e-mail at holisticholidays@toqueholistico.com

Any extra services cannot be refunded. For cancellations made in advance, the returned percentages will be as shown below:

  • Between 90 and 60 days prior to commencement of services 75%.
  • Between 60 and 30 days prior to commencement of services 50%.
  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to commencement of services 25%.
  • Less than 15 days prior to commencement of services, we can not make a refund.
Witch document I need?

Is the sole responsibility of the customer to have all the proper documents for traveling. The traveller will be provided with a valid passport and visa requirements as per itinerary chosen. Failure of the above by the customer will cause the loss of rights to any refund. The consequences of this omission and expenses which may arise by the customer, will follow the conditions of the voluntary withdrawal of services. The same applies when the authorities of any country refuses the entrance to the traveller.



Any claims should be directed, within 30 days after the trip completion or of the problem causing the claim, to the following address: holisticholidays@toqueholistico.com. Fulfilled that period, no claims will be received.

For all claims made for any reason, both the client and Holistic Holidays expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Province of La Altagracia, Dominican Republic, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.


Holistic Holidays declares that it acts only as an intermediary between travelers and the entities in charge of providing the services indicated in the itinerary. Therefore disclaims all liability for deficiencies in any of the services provided and any accident, damage, injury, delay or irregularities that may occur during the execution of the services to the people running the journey through it.

Holidays Holistic assumes no liability for delays, advances or cancellations that occur by the airlines, with the expenses incurred by passengers.

Holidays Holistic is not responsible for luggage and other personal effects of the client, which are his responsibility. Therefore, it is recommended to hire a travel insurance to cover this type of risk.

Holistic Holidays is not responsible for bad atmospheric conditions or any unforeseeable circumstances or majeure force events non attributable to the will of either party, affecting the trip hired by passengers.

The use of air transport by the passenger implies a direct relationship between the airline and the passenger. Holistic Holidays recommends taking out insurance against flights cancellation.


The personal data provided by the clients will be included in a file of personal data of which Toque Holistico srl, is responsible, Mare Street, 1 – Building Playa, Playa Los Corales – El Cortecito, Bávaro – La Altagracia, Dominican Republic and provided with RNC number 131090771, in order to be able to execute the purchase of products or services provided by Holistic Holidays or Toque Holistico srl. You can also exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation in the terms established by Law 172-13 on the Personal Data Protection.

Other treatment functions

You expressly agree that your data may be processed by the responsible, even after termination of the contractual relationship, to send information on activities and offers Holistic Touch Holistic Holidays or email.

The data will never be used to send commercial information about activities of third parties, nor will it be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

It will also be possible at any time to revoke your consent on receiving communications notifying the following e-mail stating your name: newsletter@toqueholistico.com or using this at the bottom of all e-mails link.

Customer acceptance

The Customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions of employment and such acceptance is ratified by any of the following acts:

  • Signing of this letter and re-sending scanned copy holisticholidays@toqueholistico.com
  • The payment of the contracted services before the start of the journey by any form or manner.
